2024 - 2025 Leadership in Action Program Schedule
Leadership in Action is a FREE leadership program for all middle and high school students (grades 6 - 12) in Howard County! Free dinner is provided for all students!

Students who attend at least THREE Leadership in Action Seminars will receive our Leadership Engagement Award!

Our premier school year leadership program for Middle and High School Students
Our program curriculum will focus on group learning, teamwork/collaboration, creating relationships, important soft skills, leadership skills, self-reflection, representative leadership, boosting self-confidence, and project/goal planning to make social impacts.
​
All students will gain leadership experience both in a traditional classroom setting but also through hands on application experiences working with other passionate student leaders in Howard County.

Leadership in Action Coordinator
Leadership Engagement Award
This is awarded to students who attend at least THREE Leadership in Action Seminars. Students who attend FIVE or more will receive a Leadership Engagement Award with Distinction
Outstanding Leader Award
This is awarded to students who have shown outstanding leadership qualities and significant growth in their leadership skills
You must attend at least ONE Leadership in Action Seminar to apply for this award
Outstanding Service Award
This is awarded to students who have demonstrated outstanding volunteer qualities and significant growth in community service
